Thriving in STEM

Agreement

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

Please read these Programme Terms and Participation Agreement (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in the Thriving in STEM programme.

By enrolling and completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

SECTION 1 – PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Thriving in STEM is a six-month, cohort-based leadership and development programme designed for women working in STEM and male-dominated environments.

The programme is delivered by Lauren Neal, Founder of Valued at Work Ltd (“we”, “us”), and combines professional development teaching, coaching, reflection, and peer learning.

SECTION 2 – PROGRAMME STRUCTURE AND DELIVERY

The programme is delivered through a combination of:
 • Teaching sessions
 • Live group coaching sessions
 • Reflection and integration periods (“soaking weeks”)
 • Supporting resources and tools
 • Access to a private peer community

Teaching sessions are recorded and made available to participants.

Coaching sessions and key milestone sessions (including programme start, midpoint, and close) are delivered live and are not recorded.

Session dates, timing, and exact formats may vary slightly between cohorts.

Thriving in STEM will proceed regardless of the number of participants enrolled.
In the event of a very small cohort, delivery may be adapted while maintaining the overall intent and value of the programme.

SECTION 3 – PACKAGES AND INCLUSIONS
